Thanks for the heads-up about the comment issue. From what I can see, everything looks correct and you should be able to post comments in that thread. So I’m wondering if this might be a browser-related problem.

Could you let me know which browser you're using on your mobile device? Also, if possible, could you try one of the following and let me know how it goes?

Try a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
If you have access to a computer, try opening the community there and see if you’re able to post
Clear your browser cache and refresh the page

This will help us narrow things down and figure out what’s blocking you. Thanks again for your patience while we look into this 🙏

@Anniseh, I noticed in your screenshot that there is a message "Your email address is not confirmed." Please tap on your avatar in the upper right of the page, then tap on the drop-down to "Edit Profile" to check if your email address still needs to be confirmed.

Once your email address is confirmed, see if there is a "Reply" button in the bottom right corner of the original post. That is the correct way to post comments in that thread. There is no known bug.

If it still doesn't work, I suggest trying our standard troubleshooting steps:

Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
