i was in candy crush lv 13.102 but i buyed new phone when i opened this account it bringht me back to level 6.121 i tryed to log in and log out but nothing worked

If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
