Weekly Contest is frozen

My weekly contest rewards has been frozen for several days. How can I ensure I get this applied? I restarted my phone, changed my internet and refreshed my account. It just keeps showing the zero-ed out contest but doesn't let me open the chest. It show's "Claim" but then doesn't advance. I'm still able to play but don't have the benefit of all these rewards and badges. Thanks.
