Missing boosters

I’m extremely frustrated with Candy Crush and the ongoing issue of not receiving promised rewards. When I logged in, I was offered “gift cards” that included 20 minutes of Party Boosters and 20 minutes of Striped & Wrapped Boosters. I claimed the gift but never received any of the boosters.

I contacted support and received no real help—only an automated email directing me to check the forum. Within two hours, I also randomly lost my Super Color Bomb, and my winning streak of 45 was gone as well. I reached out to support again and received the exact same response.

Now with the new extended Baker’s Box, I used my spoons and won 15 minutes of Striped & Wrapped Boosters, which I also never received.

At this point, there’s no point in contacting support. I’m on level 11,461 and am close to quitting altogether. These levels are nearly impossible to beat without boosters, gold bars, or spending money—and the so-called “free” boosters being promised aren’t actually being delivered.

Hello @Jls1993 and Welcome to this King Community! I understand your frustration when you don't receive expected rewards, especially when you are so far along your Candy Crush Saga journey. It might be helpful to have some additional information about your issues:

Can you share a screenshot of the gift card(s)? Were they supposed to be free or did they expect you to pay for them?
Did the timed boosters never appear or did the time expire before you got to use them? Unfortunately, the timer starts counting down immediately and cannot be held in inventory.
Have you tried our standard troubleshooting steps? I can send them to you if needed.
