Yesterday I won a level without making a move, it said congratulations you win with some shamrocks on the screen, has this happened to anyone else here?

I think in the past, this would have been an Oops level. It must be due to your pre-game booster, which causes a no-move-possible situation. It's a good thing it declares "victory is yours"; otherwise, you would lose the level and your win streak.
There were two situations that broke my win streak in the past: the Oops level and the Infinite Loop level. Now that they have solved the Oops problem. Not sure if there will be any more infinite loop situation.
Which level was it? It would help if you could recall and report which level it was.
The instant pass with the shamrock is something players see when a level is faulty. This feature leads to fewer complaints but as a result such broken levels now go undetected and don't get fixed as quickly as used to be the case.
