Race win not counted

I won the episode race ending at level 16,190. I actually purchased the hard level booster to accomplish this. It did not give me my winning coins and as such I was unable to finalize the Gold Chocolate Box for an additional 40 coins. I have emailed customer service 3 times, each time my response is a form email directing me to the help center to read articles. I’m beyond frustrated by this.

Hello @jgreene518 and thank you for sharing your issue here. I understand how frustrated you are when you don't get a response from Player Support. The initial reply from that team is always an automated response. You might need to reply to the first message(s) until you get a ticket number in the title of a reply. That is the indicator that your issue has been assigned to a person.

We are not able to access individual player accounts from this Community, so you are correct to contact Player Support. Instead of contacting them by email, have you tried to reach out to them through your game by tapping the gear icon ⚙️ → Account & Help → ? Help Center → Select the topic of your issue, scroll all the way down and select “Chat With Us.”

They’ll be able to check your account and make things right.
