All my boosters won't show up and my booster bot shows how far I am on it and it won't come up

hello @asamp33 I am sorry to say you that you can not use any starter Booster's or Build a Bot for Level 4600. This rule is the same for all, and this is not a game problem.see this picture
After you pass the 4600 level, everything will be normal. If not, give me feedback here. i am waiting for your feedback
