I am having trouble syncing my Candy Crush progress between my old device and my new device, and I would like your help.
Situation details:• I have Level 10717 on my old device• The device is connected to a King Verified account with my email: *Edited by CM *• My nickname on King: [insert your king6153]• My new device, also connected to the same King account, starts at Level 1 and does not load the progress from my old device.• I have tried reinstalling, reconnecting with my Verified email, and closing/launching the game, but the problem persists.
Request:I would like, if possible, to update the cloud so that Level 10717 from my old device is the one that is synced with my account, so that I can continue playing on my new device from the correct stage.
