What happens when you have 200 lives saved? Then someone sends you a life. Do they get a message.

Players never get any message once they have sent a life. So we don't know if the other players receive the lives or indeed the life requests we send or not, except when we can ask them directly here in the community.
Great question. Your lives inbox has a cap of 200. If you’re already at 200, new lives won’t be added and the sender won’t get a delivery message. Once you use a few and drop below the cap, new lives will come through as normal.
