I’m on level 18,137 and for the past 6 days every time I open my app, the game freezes on the chocolate box as it loads so I cannot play. How do I stop this please?

Thank you, I tried reaching out to support but went round in circles with a chat bot. Managed to get an email from support who simply suggested I join this community and then closed my ticket! I have just set up a King account and will delete and reinstall the app. 🤞🏼
Hello again @Taz2138, We do not encourage you uninstall your Candy Crush Saga gsme because your boosters will all be lost.

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately it hasn’t worked. I’ve checked for updates, have over 100gb of space free. I’ve cleared the cache by offloading, shut down and re-started. The same problem is still there. I’m guessing the next step would be to uninstall the app, but my games are saved to my Apple account. I cannot save to Facebook or King as my score is linked to an old Facebook account and no matter what I do, Candy Crush reverts to this account and my app takes me back to level 1. If I uninstall the app and reinstall with Apple (iPhone), will my current data be saved as I really don’t want to lose 13 years of Candy Crush scores ☹️
