We’re aware that some players who play on Facebook are currently seeing their game reset to Level 1, even though their progress is correct on other devices.

We’ve reported this to the Studio and it’s now under investigation.

If you’re affected, please:

Confirm you’re logged into the correct Facebook account
Let us know if your progress still shows correctly on mobile (if you have it installed)

We’ll keep all updates here and share news as soon as we have it.

Hi. I reached level 14434 this morning, using boosters to get there. A few hours later, the game was reset to level 14429……. On both, my phone and laptop…… Hope you will fix to soon and compensate us for the lost boosters

I have just gone on to Facebook to find all my "King" games reset to the start. I have been playing these games for years, too many years to lose my progress. my level on candy crush saga is 16498 on my mobile which is connected to my Facebook profile.

• On which device are you playing?
• Does this happen every time you relaunch your game?

If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.

If the issue persists, after reconnecting, please email this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

No option to buy extra moves or watch ads after level ends - (Edited by CM: Fixed!)
End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
