I’ve been a Candy Crush player for over 10 years and have invested both time and money into the game.
Recently, I’ve experienced repeated crashes specifically at the moment I’m about to complete a level — often after using boosters or purchasing extra moves.
This has happened under different stable internet connections (Wi-Fi and mobile data). I contacted support, and while they were polite and credited 10 Gold Bars, I was repeatedly asked to perform standard troubleshooting steps (restart, clear cache, log out, even sign out of Apple ID).
Eventually, I was informed that there is no definitive resolution available.
I’m sharing this here to see if other long-term players are experiencing similar crash patterns, especially near level completion after booster use.
This is not meant as an attack — but as honest feedback from a paying, long-time player who feels disappointed by the lack of resolution.
