I should have won but the game ends early and tries to make me buy gold in order to continue, I've had multiple times just finally got one were you can SEE the mistake in time for a screenshot
Oh noooooo… 😫 I did get this mixed this up with the recent “missing extra moves option”issue thanks Alienscar for calling that out and keeping me on track!
I'm so sorry @SunnyZ for the confusion and this issue definitely shouldn’t happen.
As asked before, if you could confirm if this screenshot is recent and if it is, if it has happened more than once on the latest version of the game, we will take it from there 😉

Hi @QueenB the issue being complained about isn't a missing option, so I wonder if you have misunderstood the complaint.
SunnyZ is complaining that he had two liquorice swirls to collect and each of the remaining swirls should have been removed by the matched orange and blue candy that you can see beside the swirls.
The complaint is the old game finished whilst matched Candy are on the board

Just as Christine said, this issue has been fixed so make sure your game app has been updated to the latest version so you have the option back. If that still doesn't help, get back to us with your Game ID and we'll look in to it 😉

We haven't seen this happen in a few months after King fixed it.
Please can you confirm that this screenshot is recent @SunnyZ . When did you take this image? If it's recent this might indicate that the fix no longer works and needs to be looked at again @QueenB
