Game robbed me

Played a super difficult level, I was one jelly short of clearing the level and the game robbed me. In my attached screenshots you can clearly see three green bricks in a line that would have cleared and won the level. This is ridiculous. Please fix the glitch and award me the level.

Thanks again @QueenB but that doesn't really explain why a collection thread for an issue that is still ongoing has been archived before the issue has been resolved and whilst new complaints are still being received.

Afterall the Can Only Play in Landscape thread is from Dec 2022 and that hasn't been archived.

Sorry to hear you have experienced this issue @peterrb. Unfortunately we cannot mark the level as passed but you should not have the same experience if you replay the level, I know, it's not the best gaming experience 😔

I will flag this level so it can be looked at and yes, this is an issue we have been investigating in the past.

@Alienscar the post has been archived as the last reports was from February 2022 which is when we started investigating this and since then, been making improvements.

There could still be few levels with this issue so I will pass on the feedback if they can have a closer look but keep in mind that can take some times as there are thousands of levels to go through 😅

I am also thinking that this is no longer a glitch but a deliberate change introduced by King. The issue of three or more matched candy not being removed from the board has been going on for years now and we have been told that King are supposed to be investigating the issue. When the issue was first reported it used to be just matched coloured candy that wasn't being removed. Nowadays though the reports of the issue are all like yours in that the matched candy includes the last jelly or ingredient to complete a level.

@QueenB have you been told that this issue is no longer being investigated by the Team? I ask this because I can no longer view the collection thread for this issue.

Thank you for the feedback . This issue is being looked into and investigated to the game team , what you can do is please force close the Apps and Log in again and for compensated please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

The spinach/bok choy ad doesn't work and keeps crashing. It's very annoying. I'm no longer getting any extra moves, boosters, or levels. The game is unplayable without it. Like so many others, I just keep getting that ad. Please remove this ad so the game becomes playable again. Thanks in advance.
