@QueenB I was just wondering how many test groups king has? I have noticed over the years that sometimes when a person ask a question here that the answer is they are in a test group. Do you happen to know @QueenB

That’s actually a very fair question. And you’re right, sometimes when players see differences in features or offers, it’s because they’re part of a test.
We test a lot of things in Candy Crush Saga before they’re released to everyone. Different teams run different experiments at different times, and they can vary quite a bit depending on what’s being looked at. Because of that, there isn’t really a fixed number of “test groups” I can point to.
Players can be in one test today and not in another tomorrow, and it’s all selected automatically in the game.
I know it can feel a bit confusing when experiences don’t match up, but testing is how the teams make sure changes are working well before rolling them out more widely.
