For the live final, they are asking for authentic documents to be submitted. When will these be provided?

The identification documents must be provided after the final scores vetting. King contacts the players with all the info needed.
If you live in the UK then one of the other listed forms of identification will be required @Guliz_BJK (a UK passport is still valid as a form of identification)
6.3.2. strictly by 8 April 2026, both the Participant and their Guest must hold a valid identity document with at least six months’ validity as of 1 May 2026. This may include a passport, driver’s licence, national identity card, and any required visa or other government authorisation needed to travel to and attend the Live Final
When you show them I couldn't say for sure as the rules state you have from the 8th April until a time communicated by King to complete the in-game form.
6.3.1. they must complete an in-game contact form for themselves. This form requires first name, last name, phone number, email address, and address, as well as answers to additional questions about the Live Final and confirmation that they meet the eligibility requirements set out in section 3.1. The form must be completed between the end of the Tournament and the deadline notified by King in writing. Completing the in-game contact form is required in order to take part in the Live Final;

This clause refers to you having to have a passport @Guliz_BJK . So obviously King don't provide those: King want to see your passport, you have to submit evidence of the document to King on April 8th. I assume you know how to obtain a passport. The winners will have to travel to the United Kingdom so check with UK immigration what you will need.
