Adds removed after purchase

Why after months of playing are my adds removed just because I made a purchase. I allowed the adds and when I made the purchase it never said adds would dissappear or be limited. This is very sneaky of King.com and very disappointing. Why are you now making it so difficult for me to pass a level or even earn gold to help me pass a level. Very disappointing and new players should be made aware of this.

Watching videos can be rewarding to some players and annoying to others. Please bear in mind that tests are done with different players across different King games to ensure the best player experience. Since these test groups are totally random and change, you will probably get ads at some time in your game.

Video ads for extra moves or rewards are not available for all players or all accounts. They’re turned on automatically only when available for your device and account, and there isn’t a way to enable them manually.

A few things to know:

Ad availability can vary by device, region, and time
Not all levels or situations offer ads
Make sure your game is fully up to date

If ads are available for you, they’ll appear automatically. If not, they’re just not active for your account right now.

Yes @king6443, new players should be made aware of this and we have been warning about it in this community for years and years, but new players don't come here until it is too late, sadly. These community pages are full of these warnings. Did you read them?
