If you don't find the answer to your question, you will need to reach out to King's Player Support team through your game:

Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way the Player Support Team will have your King account and device information so as to best assist you 💚
