really weird all stars glitch (— and qualified for second knockouts)

Just wondering if you mean Mulligan has quailified for the Finals or the Second Chance Round 2. There is still a day and a bit of the Second Knockouts to go so difficult to see how someone could have qualified for the finals if they stop playing a whole day before the Second Knockouts round finishes.

All I see is a dash sign and qualified. The leader board don't open anymore and the second elimination round was on for about 3 hours only, so I guess my chances are gone now. Same issue this morning

As for your chances being gone that is what I am hoping to find out by asking Squirrely_Girl23 about their game. Squirrely had this issue before the Second Chance Rounds started, so I am hoping that I can find out if once a leader board has stopped working is there a chance of someone rejoining the competition again in a later round. In your case I am wondering if you will get to compete in the Second Chance 2 rounds.

I am guessing not as in many ways this isn't a new issue as most of King's leader board Events always result in complaints of missing leader boards. The difference between the All Stars and the other Events is that the other Events do not have a dash or a banner left behind.

@__MULLIGANACEOUS__ Quick question, did you happened to be playing offline when you encountered this issue?

That is really odd to see @__MULLIGANACEOUS__ as not one person here has mentioned that their Info button doesn't work. The Info button being separate to the All Stars Hub/Widget of course.

Actually I see from your screenshots you don't have an Info button.

I joined the leaderboard at 6:30pm to align my double colour bomb with my podium prize and also the UTC end of day.

I spent so much time on this game, at least I was not in the last final round for the final 10. Really disapointed though about King's reliability.

Sorry @storminnorm I am not sure if there is anything you can do to fix the issue.

The appearance of the dash (-) is something that has affected the All Stars since 2023 and in all that time I have never seen a post from someone that said the issue had been fixed for them. Also I don't think I have ever seen an official post from King about the issue.

Strangely I have suffered from the dash issue this year and last year but in my case all that I have ever had to do was click on the banner or play a level for my leader board to start working again.

I notice a common element of a previous post and Mulliganaceous' is that the banner changes to say qualified instead of the actual round that is being played.

I am not as knowledgeable as some on here about this sort of thing, but for your leader board to effectively go back a stage must mean that you are connected to the server but to an older version of the data.

@Squirrely_Girl23 if you are still around and as someone that has suffered from this issue already can you confirm whether or not you have been able to rejoin the All Stars?

My leaderboard this morning looks almost identical to yours. Please could you add: When did you join the 2nd knockout round and how many episodes had you played when you took that screenshot @__MULLIGANACEOUS__ ?

Usually, the dash sign indicates that you are not connected to the server. You should check your internet connection.

If it happened at the same time for a bunch of people, it may be that King had a server go down, so it's possible it wasn't on your end. Hopefully if you get reconnected to the server, your rank will be visible again.

today I was in second place of the second elimination round of the allstar tournament at just 400 or 500 points behind when suddenly around noon (Eastern Time), my ranking is no longer visible. I cannot see any details about the ranking when I click on the icône. This is so disapointing after all the hours I spent for this tournament. All I see is a dash sign (-) instead of my rank number. What shall I do to fix that and start collecting the blue candies?

Prelude

I have obtained a large jackpot on the single Royale started on Wednesday. I played one extra episode, timed just before the UTC end of day to claim two Daily Stamps, and to optimally time my Double Colour Bomb period.

Tournament

This is a weird story, summarized in two pictures. I am online all the time.

First sitting (18:30 EDT)

Here, I claimed my Podium Prize, and used my fifty minutes of booster passes to complete as much episodes in this time frame (four in this case). I am able to finish three gold boxes.

Glitch

After completing the fourth prize, and getting and unlucky objective for my fourth gold box, I end my day. However, immediately after refreshing the game to double check, I noticed that my All Stars is stuck at the dash. When I navigate to the Events tab, I saw that I have qualified, but I have qualified for what? In both cases, if I click on the widget/entry, it doesn't respond.

Clearing the cache doesn't work. Logging out, the logging in won't destroy my booster stock.

Hopefully King will give me a free pass to the next stage, along with a large stash of boosters.

It is possibly a case of the All Stars info button not working.
