All star tournaient Ranking no longer available

today I was in second place of the second elimination round of the allstar tournament at just 400 or 500 points behind when suddenly around noon (Eastern Time), my ranking is no longer visible. I cannot see any details about the ranking when I click on the icône. This is so disapointing after all the hours I spent for this tournament. All I see is a dash sign (-) instead of my rank number. What shall I do to fix that and start collecting the blue candies?

hello Squirrely_girl23, thank you for that detailed message. Yes I have exactly the same issue. All I see is a dash sign and qualified. The leader board don't open anymore and the second elimination round was on for about 3 hours only, so I guess my chances are gone now. Same issue this morning

hello Nobody1 thanks for replying. I am then probably among the ones who have had their chances lost because of Kings serveurs.

I spent so much time on this game, at least I was not in the last final round for the final 10. Really disapointed though about King's reliability.

Sorry @storminnorm I am not sure if there is anything you can do to fix the issue.

The appearance of the dash (-) is something that has affected the All Stars since 2023 and in all that time I have never seen a post from someone that said the issue had been fixed for them. Also I don't think I have ever seen an official post from King about the issue.

Strangely I have suffered from the dash issue this year and last year but in my case all that I have ever had to do was click on the banner or play a level for my leader board to start working again.

I notice a common element of a previous post and Mulliganaceous' is that the banner changes to say qualified instead of the actual round that is being played.

I am not as knowledgeable as some on here about this sort of thing, but for your leader board to effectively go back a stage must mean that you are connected to the server but to an older version of the data.

@Squirrely_Girl23 if you are still around and as someone that has suffered from this issue already can you confirm whether or not you have been able to rejoin the All Stars?

Usually, the dash sign indicates that you are not connected to the server. You should check your internet connection.

If it happened at the same time for a bunch of people, it may be that King had a server go down, so it's possible it wasn't on your end. Hopefully if you get reconnected to the server, your rank will be visible again.
