So stuck on a level for 5 days now. I found this bit of information looking through the settings and I'm thinking of taking this company to court to see if I can get my money back.
Before taking the company to court I suggest you read the Terms and Conditions carefully. They are what you need to challenge, not something posted in the Help Centre. The Terms and Conditions have everything covered.
I must also inform you that many of us have played the game for years without spending any money. So it's you, not a fault in the game that could be challenged in court.
