I have been unable to access most advertisements. The page still goes black. Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried speaking to Meta, rebooting, etc etc

Same for me: ads from meta goes to black page and the game crashes. I tried everything. It’s a very bad thing not to have a solution for this

I tried to find evidence that Meta banned me. No. They still love me.
Hopefully King will work on it. I know others have same problem so I dont feel like I am the only one

Same problem, same outcome with suggestions, used ads without issues yesterday, today blank screen and bovine faeces
No difference. Still blank advertisements.
I have turned off cellular and will see if it helps. I usually use wifi at home
I have taken all those steps. For a while I had no ads. Then the ads came back but were a blank page from Meta again.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing Ads.
We usually recommend these steps to make sure that everything is working correctly:
*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
*Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
