is it just me or does anyone else think the amount of times a player can get to the live finals should be limited? Perhaps 2 times or if you win it then you can’t play again.

Imagine if the final four countries can’t be allowed to participate in next World Cup again, what will happen after 20 years later?

Imagine an athlete can only participate in the Olympic Games one time, what is the purpose of this competition?

Imagine a tennis player can appear in Wimbledon one time only, what will happen?

A competition is a place to let players breaking through themselves and achieve New records. If an athlete can participate in Olympic Games and all competitions only one time, I think no amazing world records will appear.😅

Ken nearly made it through again for the fourth time, Thiago did and he won it last year, Cole did again for the fourth time and potentially previous finalists too. They have clearly figured out a way to win the rounds that will happen every year when collecting candies to get to the live finals. At this rate it will be the same faces every year for the foreseeable. They also start a new account each year it seems. Maybe if they want to get to another live finals should they have to use the same account as previous years.

Many players will slow their pace if he has a lead. If you have checked the past records, you would find this fact. And if you review past comments of this forum about All Stars, you would realise when a player said he has relaxed his pace while having a lead and other best players here praised him for this action😁

The token completely changed the character of this All Stars. IT is less of a brute-force endurance battle, but an observation and execution game. However, having tokens for the entire multistage tournament means that nobody have control over their destiny on how long the slog will be.

I’m also on board with the idea of having a seperate set of levels (could be same as normal levels, just a different tab) so that everyone is on an even playing field that way. I would think King would still make many anyway since you could still use lots of boosters

Similar to what other people have said, I think the best idea could be to have tokens specifically for the final knockout round. This would allow players to have to continue to play out of fear of someone having a token, while not having the luck present in th earlier rounds for not having to play tokens there

We'll have to agree to disagree on that one. I think if you remove the tokens it still doesn't change the fact that the best players will still have to do their very best. I found that in the earlier rounds it was really the luck of the draw (or the AI design) which board you were assigned to. In those cases some were forced to use tokens to even have a chance knowing it excluded them from being competitive in the final elimination.

The token is a best idea!

It can make the best players do their every effort. Some players may think this is a torture, but this can let the players do not slow their pace easily, then we can earn more reliable figures from the competition. As candylua said she feared someone had a token left, even though she had a lead at final moments, so she could get the best score of her from the fear.

For the last two years @Jejsta123 I have received a survey to complete regarding the All Stars.

I complained about the visas and the lack of clarity regarding who pays for what in the previous surveys

This time I think, if I get a survey, I am going to feedback that I want more clarity around the last final. That is, if everything is above board then there is no need for the language that they use at the moment and I am going to ask them to be more direct. Ten participants or ten leader boards.

PS: I liked the tokens as they allowed a player like me to stay in the competition for a bit longer.

I second that, @Jejsta123. Get rid of the tokens!

If not, @christinewupp had a very good suggestion. One token per player per round.

Or if even that doesn’t happen, at least give a proper explanation of how they work, and that they can be carried over from one stage to the next. And for heaven’s sake, move the activate button out of the way.

But my vote is still to consign them to the scrapheap, never to be seen again.
