Issues with buying boosters or extra moves

Question

When I'm out of moves, I can't buy extra moves with ads or even with gold bars, the window goes "contacting app store" while the loading wheel keeps spinning forever. It's impossible to pass the extra hard levels like this. I already tried reinstalling the app, cleaning the cache of both Google play store and Google play services, rebooting my device, nothing worked. What's going on?

Not giving extra moves simply collecting gold bars not giving boosters.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
