Sometimes, there's a graphical bug where Sprinks will appear on top of the marmalade when they should appear inside it. It's just a visual issue, so there's nothing to worry about.
The marmalade just means that you have to make an adjacent match or hit it with a special candy in order to free the Sprinks.
There is no glitch at all here @Congthang2005 . These dragons look the same in my game. I think if there are two layers of marmalade they are stuck underneath the marmalade, if there is just one layer then they appear to sit on top. This must be the normal graphics for marmalade now:
As you can see I have a mixture after clearing marmalade from a few of the dragons here. By the way, we are supposed to call them "sprinks" now. The game has not called them dragons for a few months now.

Thank you for posting the level number. Next time you have a question it would really help if you posted the level number or a screenshot of it. Here is the level, and it's clear from this that striped candies from the dispensers will help clear the marmalade:
It does look different from other levels, you are right about that. It looks like the dragons are in front of the jelly.
A colour bomb on its own is insufficient, you'd need a combo with striped or another colour bomb. The jelly fish do the job as well, as do striped candies.

Thank you! And yes, after seeing your screenshot, I recall that we have it from a while now! I could not recognize with just the Gummy dragons image😅🤦♀️ Just coming back to the game after almost 5 months break….kind of forgot some of the things in the game🫥
I have it too, you have to remove the jam with a color bomb, then they will gradually fall down, at least according to the photo 😉

I have seen this in many levels, but it is not new. Maybe @Congthang2005 just reached the first of these levels.
These kinds of levels have been around for a long time @PummyRaj . Here is one example. As you can see it's an older level:
I have found some videos of levels five years old in which cherries are under marmalade, so none of this is new.
Hello @Congthang2005 What is so special about a dragon being behind marmalade? I have seen this on several levels.
Which level is this? Your screenshot is not informative enough, and I am not sure what the issue or question is here. Please post a screenshot of the starting board if you would like some advice or an opinion.
