Is this new, or is it that it's just the first time for me. Would be helpful, but again something else that's to pass new levels, so no 250 gold bars for me 🙄
But again that doesn't mean anything to me, I don't know them, and are they real.

It’s meaningless that you can get up to 25 tickets if the total tickets in the draw is a big number. This is a simple mathematics 😆.

@Carol-38 This has showed up a few times in my game. But the latest one has 25 tickets instead of 15.
This is another timed side game @ilovezudo that I really can't be bothered with. That's why I wasn't giving an answer because I'm not 100% sure of what it's all about.
When I do get it, tickets are showing on my next Episode, something like five tickets per Episode. So I guess if I finished that Episode more would be showing on the next to collect. King obviously wants me to play and play to collect as many tickets as I can, using gold bars to pass levels as I go, but as I said I can't be bothered with it.
It shows that all the tickets collected are put in a draw and one winner is picked to win the 250 gold bars. It does give the name of the player when the time ends, of who won. But again that doesn't mean anything to me, I don't know them, and are they real.
So you can take all of that however you want. Who is making the draw, out of how many players, and how truthful is it all ???
I'm guessing for some players really going for it, it would cost them more that 250 gold bars to collect tickets along the way, and then not get any back 😳

@ilovezudo , if you have seen my screenshots, you will know my chance for winning the 250 gold bars AT THAT TIME is 1 out of 251.
I had one ticket and it said the total tickets in the draw was 251, but it had more than 9 hours remaining, so the total tickets might increase
Probably the chance of winning the gold would be one in 250 per ticket, @ilovezudo , not one in millions of people! It's like the leaderboard events in Candy Crush: each event has millions of separate leaderboards and the winner of each one gets the prize.
This event probably won't get past the testing stage as it seems to be faulty for many players.
In theory it seems to aim to be a lottery type of event that rewards players who pass lots of levels by giving them more lottery tickets. This seems to work in just the same way that people who buy lots of lottery tickets for a real lottery have a (slightly) better chance of winning the jackpot. There are also some prizes as you go along to keep you interested (I got a colour bomb at one stage when I scratched a ticket).
Basically all events in Candy Crush follow the same format: If you pass lots of new levels you get prizes, if you don't play new levels you get nothing. If you are a novice player or someone who has stopped playing for a while then the game may entice you to play more by giving you more and better prizes.
Just to let you know @ilovezudo these new replies, Reply at the bottom of a post, that was put in from the new Vanilla update in the Community are rubbish. Unless you actually tag someone they won't know you have commented, unless they go through every post, every day. I only knew you had commented because I started the Thread, so I get notified every time someone puts something.

Do you mean you think you have 1 chance out of 251 to win the gold bars? (Presume not, but not sure what you mean here).
Everyone is complaining that it takes alot to get get all 15 tickets - where you only need one ticket to be in the draw for the "big prize" - I suggest the better question for King.com is "So ONE person of the MILLIONS OF PEOPLE playing Candy Crush wins 250 gold bars? THAT is what you think we should buy into? There are actual lotteries in this world with BETTER ODDS THAN THAT, and they pay actual money.
Whatever ill-thought-thru thing this is, it's insulting, a waste of everyone's time and money. King.com have access to probably the best user feedback for any gaming software on the planet, and THIS is what they came up with. Shows you just how interested they are in anything other than just making money.

According to her records, she had 3 tickets at most. Perhaps she had the only one FREE ticket, so you have a chance to win the gold bars once this event pops up. Collecting more tickets JUST increases the chance.
In my group, a player passes an episode earning 5 tickets. One ticket per three levels.
Well done Vicky @T0rr1e for reaching 17000 👏👏 as for Yeti's Draw I can forget about that. The tickets are spaced so far apart I wouldn't stand a chance of collecting them all. Might be playing today, if I do I will get to 22000, yay I say to that too 😂.
Another problem for me @QueenB I'm not receiving notifications again. Being as I started this thread, surely I should have got a notification that michimune had added a post, and I definitely should have got one from T0rr1e being as she tagged me. But no, no notifications at all, it was only because I was having a catch up with what was being posted about, that I saw them. Why does it keep happening 🙄 🤕.
Hi @Carol-38 I have had it for the last 2 weeks but as you only go in to a draw who knows if any one really wins. Mine is slightly different I am offered 350 gold bars, it would be nice.

I get this event this week. I have a FREE ticket, like you, when this event pops up. As this is a lucky draw and I have a ticket, so I have a chance to win the 250 gold bars😆

I got it too this morning. It gave me a free fish. The only thing that beats that is a coconut wheel, but I guess they saved that one for you.
I hardly ever look at my Weekly Contest @teenybee no point, can't do any more than I already do. But you made me have a quick peek, and Aww no sign of my twin ☹️ . I doubt I will win, won't be playing anymore levels until Monday, need to make sure I have enough left for the silly 'Dare' game (Chocolate Box). Every time I finish all my levels I get the pass x amount or pass in one go, so I hang on to them as close to the next new levels, just in case 🙃
I haven’t seen that yet @Carol-38 but doubt it would be much use to me either.

The remaining 14 tickets available in the next 3 episodes. Sure would use a lot of boosters.
