Check out this post:I am currently on a winning streak, but the rewards for the streak are being missed. Please make sure to resolve this so that it is completed. I am currently on a 4,502-game winning streak.
The boosters we see in the win streak bags are placed on the board when we play the next level, but they are not boosters that we gain into our inventories to keep or that we accumulate.
In fact there is no reward for a large win streak like yours in Candy Crush at all. The only reward for a win streak is bragging rights!
The boosters we accumulate in our inventories are from events ( e.g. Season Pass, daily spin etc) and are not related to the win streak.
I’m currently on a 5,000-win streak, and I noticed that some of my win streak rewards seem to be missing.
I’m not sure exactly when the rewards stopped being granted, so I’d appreciate it if you could check that through your system logs.
What I do know is that by now, I should probably have around 1,000 rewards accumulated, but the amount I actually have is much lower than that.

Just to make sure we understand correctly, are you saying that your win streak rewards, such as Color Bomb boosters, are not being awarded even though your streak count keeps increasing?
Or do you mean the streak number shown on your profile is incorrect?
Please share a few more details about which rewards you expected to receive and when they were missing, so we can better understand the issue.
