Last week I had 59 badges. I received the world map badge tonight so I should have had 60 total. I have 55 now. I am attaching the ones that have disappeared. If I earned them then why did they just disappear?

Hello @MarilynRules. Your badges are listed in your Community profile. Tap on your avatar in the upper right corner of the page, and then tap on the next image of your avatar. This will open your profile page and you can see your badges there.

So sorry about that! There were some changes done to the Community "system" at that time and many of us were having lot of issues with receiving notifications, posting comments, etc., Please excuse me for that🙏
I did send request for the rewards for all Crushers that posted their game ID number! Let me check with our Community In-charge and get back to you within next 2 days!
Thank u for responding to my message. Also you were the moderator of a contest I won in March about voting for a favorite booster. I won 30 gold bars and didn't receive them. I posted about it in the winning thread and never got a response. I had posted my game ID number as well. Eventually I reached out to the game and a customer service rep responded to my emails and sent me 30 gold bars. Ever since that occurred I've been getting emails that they are still working on this issue. Then about a day ago I got an email to let me know to post about it in the Community. I was not going to bother as it's been so long. But soon as I saw the reply to my post here and noticed it was a contest I won that was posted by you I just wanted to let you know that I never was awarded the 30 bars from the contest. The rep did give them to me but I followed instructions and posted what was asked for and just wanted to make u aware of that.
Not sure I have badges. Where do I find them.

I noticed that it has been almost a month since you last logged into the Community! In the last month, there was a “badge clean-up” that had to be performed by the CMs! That’s why, you are missing few badges from your profile! It is not only you - certain badges were removed from all of the Community players!
There should be an announcement by the Community In-charge team about this! Let me look where it is and give you the link!
