what happened to my chocolate box it has disappeared. I haven’t seen it in about a week. Anybody know what’s going on?

This issue must be related specifically to your account. For such matters the recommended course of action is to contact player support. This would be best done via the app directly. If you go into the Help Centre in Settings and scroll through all the options you come to "Chat with us" and since the chat bot cannot solve your problem it will issue you a ticket for player support. @Twister55 Take a note of the ticket number. You should then hear from Player Support within three days.
In case that player support don't get back to you I would recommend you open a question in the Support section of this community, as the moderator and game experts there might be able to help you.
I have noted you added a comment also to an old thread. That is not recommended. To get any attention you need to click on "Ask a question" in the Support forum and open your own thread. Once you have asked a question make sure you do not accept any answer until your problem has been resolved.
When I signed out and back in it appears in my events but I can’t open it.
Then it disappears again

I don't think I've heard about the chocolate box disappearing for a week before. I think all players see the chocolate box in their games?
Some events only load after we have played a level or two (which can be older levels and can be fails). The chocolate box also doesn't show up if we are offline. It may not always be obvious if we are offline or not. By offline I mean not connected to King's server. Does the episode race work for you? What does your map screen and events folder look like? Seeing a screenshot of those might help figure out what the problem might be.
