Thanks for the additional details @oo1414 this is what the team is suspected as well, that it is linked to the episode race and candy royale rewards.

It's been worked on so please, hand in there and check the game later today to see if anything has changed.

Thanks for sharing this with us.

I noticed that Player Support has also flagged this to the studio, so the team is currently looking into it. From what we can see so far, this looks like an isolated case, but we’ll keep an eye on it.

In the meantime, when this message appears, could you please try closing the game app completely, restarting your device, and making sure you have the latest version of the game installed from your app store? Then open the game again with a stable internet connection and see if it works.

Could you also let us know what you were doing in the game just before this message appeared? For example, did it happen after tapping to claim a reward, opening an event, or clicking somewhere else in the game?
