Im not receiving any of my prizes in candy crush saga. Whether its from the spinning wheel, challenges, or daily prizes, im not receiving any of them. Itll come up that i won them and i will hit claim prize but they arent showing up in my inventory.

Anyway, have you tried to clear the cache for this game? And please check if you have the last version of Candy Crush Saga, it should be 1.143.0.6

Same thing happening here...I am not receiving daily prizes or boosters...play on mac, no hand held devices, no FB. Please advise.

@sheilamartin83 and @bahsus, are either one of you trying to play the game on king.com? If you are then you are going to experience these problems because it is no longer supported for this game. The games on king.com are Flash related but 2 years ago the studio switched to HTML5 so Candy Crush Saga is not supported on king.com anymore. @bahsus, your browser might have passed the test but king.com is Flash oriented and it's no longer supported so you need to find another way to access the game besides king.com. Do you play through Facebook? Do you have Windows 10 because you can get the game through that way?

Im not playing on king.com. im playing on my phone, not through fb. Sometimes i will get my prizes and sometimes i wont. It just started happening about a month ago. I tried clearing my cache too.0

Hi @sheilamartin83, I just read somewhere here that you have to be playing through Facebook or the Kingdom in order to get the events and rewards.
