Yesterday, after talking to you, I have escalated the issue you have been experiencing to our Candy Community Manager and they said they replied back in one of your posts!
Let me see which thread it was and point you there! Your previous questions were combined into one single thread, as all your questions were about the Purchase issue on Facebook! This way, it will help you to look at all the comments, and for us to follow up to assist you better!

Well, I tried just to see what would happen. I bought a booster for 9.99 and it worked. Still not working on $1.99+. $5.99 did NOT work. I can't afford 9.99 every time I need a booster.
Please tell me how to see message left hopefully some good advice?

Since you’re playing Candy Crush Saga through Facebook on a PC, the purchase window is handled through Facebook’s payment system. This means we’re not able to check or fix that checkout error.
Before contacting Facebook, please try these steps first:
If the same error still appears after trying those steps, please contact Facebook/Meta Payment Support here. You can also try playing Candy Crush Saga through the Microsoft Store app on your
PC instead. Many players find the app gives a smoother experience than playing through Facebook in a browser.
You can download it here or open the Microsoft Store on your PC and search for Candy Crush Saga.

Was the game working fine before that and were you able to buy the boosters without any issues?
Can you please give me below details?
I saw that one of the Game Experts assisted you (on the 13th) —> HERE and said the issue with Meta was resolved! Did you not see any results or did it work temporarily?

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you are referring to? Boosters should usually be working at all times.

Wow, I got to play for an hour and purchased some boosters. It is now back to not being able to purchase boosters. Almost ready to give up on Candy Crush Saga :(
I am so upset. I have tried and tried to get help. Yesterday, I could purchase boosters for the first time after 3 days. Now, the game, Candy Crush Saga, is doing it again! Are they limiting how much you can spend? I don't understand. HELP!
Well, it worked yesterday, now back to sh!t! Can't buy boosters AGAIN! Did King put limits on how much we can spend daily/weekly?

Meta has identified and fixed an issue that caused this, so please restart your web browser and you can continue playing your game as usual.

Ok, tried a higher amount, instead of $1.99. Some worked, others did not. You need to pass this to Meta. Almost done with this Candy Crush game.
When I go to play on and purchase a booster, it fails. I am playing on my PC.

Which device are you using to play the game? Did you see any error message while trying to purchase the booster?
Trying to purchase a booster and it's not working AGAIN!
You will also need to be connected to WiFi to be able to purchase boosters, don't forget!

• Close the game completely and reopen it • Restart your device • Make sure your game app is fully up to date
