Adds for extra moves

Question and comments: In candy crush, when you run out of moves and can watch adds for extra moves, why is it if you hit "X" or "→next" like it tells you to, or let the add direct you to the play store so you can download whatever the add is, it kicks me out and the game starts all over? Which in turn, makes me lose, everything. I have lost SO, SO many boards, lives and jackpots because of this and it's super frustrating and it would be nice if it stopped. It doesn't happen on pet rescue saga. I want to stop playing candy crush because of it. I know I don't have to watch the adds/videos but that's kinda pointless if I cant. Please fix this!!!

The problem is @QueenB there are a lot of things that shouldn't happen, that do. Many of us have just kind of got used to a lot of the glitches and don't bother anymore to report them. That's mainly because as you know, it can either take a very long time to change/fix, or we just get ignored by King 🙄

Thanks for sharing this. The game app should not normally reload or restart when an ad opens a browser page or the app store. When you return to Candy Crush Saga, the game should usually continue from where you left off.

If the game is reloading, it could mean that your device is closing or refreshing the game while it is running in the background. This can sometimes happen if the device has low memory/RAM available or too many apps running at the same time.

Could you please try the following?

Close any other apps running in the background
Restart your device
Make sure Candy Crush Saga is updated to the latest version

After that, try watching an ad again and see if the game still reloads when you return.

I used to have that on different adverts @katiebabe and you are right, it is super frustrating. I don't watch many adverts now, mainly because I have stopped playing the game due to the 🤬 Wheel of Fortune.

But when I was watching for extra moves, I knew which adds would do it and used to click on the Report Advert symbol, at the bottom left of the screen. At least it stopped the advert running and I still got the reward.
