Certain time of the day?

I'm starting to think that the only way to get extra refill lives, and extra moves for a level, is at a certain time of day. It definitely doesn't offer it all the time. I don't play this crazy game all day, and I doubt if anyone does. So, in order for me to quit using gold bars to get pass the impossible levels, I will only play when I'm able to get some helpful things. It's bad enough that I lost the final stamp yesterday, which meant not winning anything!!! 🤨😡

I am not getting the chance to get extra moves after playing a game but I noticed that it said something about a server issue but was still getting the ability to earn extra moves but now nothing very frustrating
