I never cared that much about the pins around it. Only I have many of one kind. I can't manage the exchange because I can't move forward as quickly as I used to. When it came in, there weren't as many identical pins and so you got the gold bars quicker. I remember that I was just before the gold bars and had played a lot and always got the same pins. So I didn't get the gold bars because of 1 or 2 pins. I was very annoyed about it. Because as a free player you need them most.
Maybe it can be improved!!!

its gotten bad i use tp play to relax and have fun. I cant afford to buy gold bars so there are levels in each race you cant win unless you have gold bars so i cant win episodes to get gold bars last 2 times playing pins both times i needed only one new one for over 2 weeks had 70 or 80 doubles in that 2 week ai kept me from getting it! The game isnt fun no more even the claim ticked rewards are nothing like they use to be iv been playing for over 10 years only on 9800 it just awful 😔 i think its time to find a new game
I this case I would suggest you take some screenshots next time and send those to player support. Or you could post them in the community support section by asking a question there. This place here where you posted is a site for players only, so no King representative will see your complaint here.
Thanks for the screenshots! My issue is… I won 6 pins, and when I went to collect, I only received 2! Frustrating. Makes me not want to play… And player support is not helpful! But TY for taking the tome to respond! ❤️
@Righead I have taken some screenshots to show what happens when I get pins:
These are from Season Pass. Two of them are new (the purple ones at the top) and they move down into my collection. The two that are not new (the pink ones in the bottom section) will move up into the pin sparks. The duplicates have disappeared now. So it looks like I only gained two. This happens very quickly, but it's normal.
Now this is the pins screen:
The missing pins have moved into the chest in the top right corner. When you click on the chest you see this:
If you collect 80 pin sparks (duplicates) you can open the chest at the bottom and claim the rewards. The bottom chest gives the best rewards as one of them will be a new pin you do not yet have.
If your game is different then there must be an error in your account, so please in this case contact Player Support about it.
