Wish I could play

I'm still having problems with the game. I reached out to the "Help Center", and although their suggestions sound good, I'm afraid if I try and follow the steps they suggested that I will get knocked back to level 1 again. I really wish that I would have never got hooked on this crazy game! Or, the person who talked me into playing this game, that I could stop talking to him. Well, that won't work, since my husband is the guilty one. Lol I hope I get some answers from the Moderator, or Anyone, so that I can play once again. I listed my issues in my other post, but will put them on here one more time. I'm not receiving: Sweet Cinema, videos for extra moves, so I can past a level, and no refill lives. Any helpful information would be appreciated!

@Carol-38, Thank you for your help. I post my response to this ongoing problem, to QueenB. By the way, I tried to respond like you told me, but I don't know why it wouldn't bring up her name. I was happy that it worked for responding back to you. Lol. Anyway, I have pretty much decided that between going back and forth with Customer care, and posting my problem on here, that I will see if there are any positive changes that would help me to move along in the game. If I don't get the boosters, extra moves, Sweet Cinema, erc., back, then it's going to impossible for me to get to higher levels. Although, Customer Care were able to get me a certain amount of gold bars, it's not even close to what I had before. Like I told QueenB, I definitely think that King wants players to pay for those gold bars, and I have never paid to get bars, and have no intentions to do so. Thanks again, for your help!

@QueenB, Thank you for responding back. It's been very frustrating trying to want to play, since it takes forever to get through a level , because I have no extra help. I don't know how much longer I will want to continue playing, if I don't see any changes that would help me to move along in this game. Thanks for your help, and as much I hate to say this, but I definitely think the game is all about getting a player to pay for boosters, gold bars, etc.,etc. Otherwise, how did my game go from being able to play smoothly(before, the dumb game took me back to level 1), to where I don't have close to the amount of gold bars I had, and I don't get any boosters, extra moves, Sweet Cinema, or anything else? I did play yesterday, and even used 20 bars, but I have a legendary level that I’m trying to get pass. I'm not using a bunch more Gold bars, knowing I can't get any back.

I’m glad to hear that Player Support were able to help you get your progress back and return you to your level. I know that must have been a huge relief after seeing the game start again from level 1.

About the Gold Bars, this is something Player Support would need to review with you directly, as we can’t check or restore account items here in the Community. If you already have a support ticket open, please continue the conversation with them there, as they are the team who can check what may be possible on your account.

For features like Sweet Cinema, ads, or other video/ad-based rewards, these are not permanent features and they can come and go from time to time. They are not available to all players all the time, and unfortunately neither the Community team nor Player Support can manually add them back to your game.

The best thing to do is to keep playing, make sure your game app is updated to the latest version, and stay connected to your King account. Some features may return again later, but we can’t guarantee when or if they will appear.

Thank you also @Carol-38 for helping explain this and for sharing your own experience. That advice is right: sometimes playing a few levels and keeping the app updated can help the game settle back after an account issue.

Don't forget to try Tagging @stephanie2024, without it those you are posting to won't know you've sent them a post. I only know you reply because I keep checking your posts. The Tags send a notification to the person you are tagging via email, like I'm sure you keep getting when you're tagged. Hope that makes sense and 🤞 @QueenB will get a chance today to see all of this and give you some kind of response 🙏

I will tell you how to Tag @stephanie2024 so that you can learn for the future. You need to click on a @ first, then you type the person's name, a box will appear with their name in green like yours is above. You click on that and it enters it in your post. Without a Tag, the person you want to contact won't know.

I will tell you though that when I created a King account, many years ago and merged my Facebook game account into it, I lost all of my gold. I contacted Player Support like you did and they said they could only give me a certain amount back, which then was 500. I had a lot more than that when I merged the accounts, but there was nothing more they could or would do. So I had to accept it and build myself up again.

I will Tag @QueenB for you on this occasion but you might not get the result you want. If you don't, I'm afraid that's just the way it is.

Hi @QueenB as you will see stephanie2024 recently had problems with her account. I know you had dealings with her previous posts. Is there anyway that stephanie2024's old account can be checked re gold bars and is there any way she could get more reimbursed.

OK stephanie2024 this won't be seen today, but hopefully QueenB will be back tomorrow and see it.

Thanks for your response. I'm back to the level I was at, meaning the Support team at King were able to get me back to the high level I was at. Now I need all the gold bars that I had before my game went back to level 1, to be restored again. So, if you can tag the person you mentioned, and she could help, that would be great. Thanks!

I myself went back to level one and so did a friend of mine. I managed to get mine back to normal, by closing the app and reopening a few times. My friend had to log into his account again with his email and password, so I know what it's like.

I only suggested what I did because when I've lost Sweet Cinema in the past, after playing a few levels it's come back, so it was only a small suggestion to try.

I don't think the Moderators have access to our accounts, but I'm sure QueenB would be able to get someone to check, so you could Tag her and ask, but that would only be about your gold bars.

Sorry, but I don't agree!! I have read other complaints on here about players games going back to level 1., so I wasn't the only person having this problem! Also, Customer Care were the ones that got me back to the level I was at, and could only get me a small amount of my gold bars back.(not even close to what I had). If there's no way for the Moderator to look up my account to see that I'm not receiving the things I mentioned, then I don't see any reason to play this game!! I can only get past these ridiculous hard levels with gold bars or boosters, and since I don't have the things I need to help me, it's a waste of time!! I have never bought gold bars, or have any intentions to do so! King would love for me to, but I'm not paying to play any game!!!

You're having a bit of a difficult time with your game lately, aren't you @stephanie2024. I don't think anyone, even the Moderators can really help with what you are asking.

But what you could try, being as your game has just been restored, is play a few levels. You could even scroll back and find an easy one to play over and over . You never know that might give your game a spurt, and put something back. Worth trying don't you think 🤞
