@MountainMom Thanks! My main problem, and I have reached out to Customer Care many times, but they refer me this page. They were able to get me a certain amount of gold bars back, and to the level I was at before the glitch. Now, it's going on day 4, and I'm still not receiving any boosters, Sweet Cinema, extra refill lives, or anything else that would help me to move along in the game. Any suggestions/answers, would be appreciated. Thanks again!

Good luck, @stephanie2024. This contest runs for almost 2 weeks, so I hope you can play or replay levels with Sprinks. The contest does not require you to play new levels.
I would like to play along, but I'm having issues with NOT receiving Ads, and other things. So, it takes me 2 1/2 hours to get all my lives. Maybe if I can get all the things that I had back, then maybe the Sprinks game would be fun to try and play.
