Here is a screenshot of where I stand. Although I still have some gold bars left, I do not get any refill lives or the Sweet Cinema. So, unless I were to use the remaining bars, I don't see how I can get through those 5 hard levels ahead. The boosters from the Sweet Cinema would help! Or, better yet, remove that crazy wheel of fortune!

@QueenB I understand that certain things are out of your control(Sweet Cinema, Refill lives, Ads, etc.) but, I DON'T understand is how King hasn't come to their senses after numerous complaints about that ridiculous wheel of fortune, and why they don't get rid of it??!! I cannot get pass these super hard levels with only 15, or if I'm really lucky, 25 moves! I only come on here to check the Forum, and see if there's been any changes to that 🤬 wheel! Otherwise, until the wheel is gone, there's absolutely no reason to want to play! You mentioned a week ago about possibly having an update for the players, and that it could be within a week. I hope you're right, and changes happen soon!!

I do understand why this feels slow and frustrating when you’re stuck on a difficult level.

I know you’re missing things like Sweet Cinema and other extra help you had before. As mentioned before, those features can come and go, and we can’t manually add them back to your game from the Community.

For lives, though, there are a few things you can try so you’re not only waiting for them to refill or using Gold Bars.

If your game is connected to Facebook, please check that Candy Crush Saga still has permission to connect with your Facebook account. Sometimes Facebook permissions can affect sending and receiving lives from friends. You can check this HERE

If your game is connected to a King account, you can also add more friends directly in the game:

Open Candy Crush Saga
Tap the Social button at the bottom of the screen
Go to Friends or Invites
Add more players to your list
Tap on player profiles and request lives from them

The more active friends you have, the better chance you have of receiving lives more often.

I know this does not replace the features you miss, and I understand you don’t want to use your Gold Bars just to keep moving through levels. But for lives specifically, adding more friends and requesting lives directly is the best option available from inside the game.

Please also keep your game updated and stay connected to your account, so everything can sync properly.

@QueenB This is going to take a long time to get through, since I don't have any extra help. Is there any way of getting this info to the right people, because as you can see, the only way to move along is to use my gold bars. I'm trying to save those for later, in case I need them. I realize the boosters(Sweet Cinema, etc) is a "wait and see" when they're going to come back in a game. At the same time, I downloaded this game to be able to play it, and not be stuck on a level for many days. Thanks for any help you may be able to offer!

Thanks @Carol-38! I hate to be stuck on a level for too long, BUT I definitely don't want to use up gold bars,either. Hoping, all the things I mentioned come back to me very soon!😊

I've got to say @stephanie2024 you would be far better not playing new levels, until you find out if the 🤬 Wheel is going to be removed from your game. I had it for over 3 weeks and stopped playing, really didn't miss playing the new levels at all. As you know, my 🤬 Wheel has gone now, so I will get myself back to the end of the map in no time. But I sure wasn't going to spend the amount of gold the 🤬 Wheel would have forced me to use.

So up to you, keep playing, getting fed up, or leave it alone for a week. You can always check every now and again to see of you still have the 🤬 Wheel. Good luck 👍
