I have had 200 lives for a long time and today they have all disappeared, there are only two there now. Where have my lives gone.

Yes they were in the mailbox but that doesn't mean they should just delete them. I save them to use when I have a good chance to advance to winning gold bars.
I also have lost lives on Candy Crush Saga. In the last 3 weeks I have lost a total of 220 lives (190 and 30). The reply I received was about how to add more friends. Nothing was said about why this happened or why they won't reinstate the lives. I've been playing for many years and am getting fed up with the lack of actual support. Considering just dumping them.
Were the lives in your mailbox? Sometimes the mailbox resets for me, for no reason… It's a good idea not to save them too much!
