I'm going to tag the ones that I know of, but this message is for ALL MODERATORS. @QueenB , @kiara_wael, @MountainMom, @King_admin , and to all the rest that I don't remember, I'm asking this question, with hope that one of you can provide me an answer. I already tagged @kiara_wael, today but haven't received any response yet. After weeks of not receiving the IMPORTANT things you need to move along in this game(Sweet Cinema, Extra Refill lives, Ads, Boosters, and any other ones that I might e forgetting), I did MY OWN research and came upon a interesting fact about the game. I already posted it on @kiara_wael page, but if you need me to, I can repost it for ALL of you to see. I think these ridiculous "test groups" that King continues to make players go through are a way to have players pay to advance, since it takes a while until they decide to release you from the dumb test group. The only way of getting through the end of an episode race, when you have extremely hard levels, is either to have gold bars(and, you need a lot of them) or pure luck! The contest that are offered sound great, and if you're lucky, you win great prizes. Personally, how can I play these contests, when I can't move off a level? To say that I'm beyond frustrated, would be an understatement! So, I will close by saying, I enjoy the game like most players do, but not when I'm not receiving the features I need to continue playing! Any feedback/suggestions, would be appreciated!

No most contest do not allow you to win by playing old levels. If you are at high levels, contest are impossible to win. There is no benefit to being at a high levels and no benefit to people that pay. https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/profile/623867/MountainMom

I agree, and understand you! For me to move on in this game, I need to have those features( whatever they're called) to show up in my game in order to have any chances to go forward. Thanks for your feedback!

Honestly: What does test group mean? It's always said.
Just how many people play these events and they have been going on for years.
So testing is no longer necessary. I get the cinema every now and then
and then it's gone again. This has nothing to do with testing.
I would like to take it. Sometimes I can just see an ad and then it's gone again.
Avoid looking at empty fields with advertising. I don't think it's
okay. If you look at advertising, it should be meaningful instead of
pointless.
I hardly get anything. Then the balloon comes and it says: Advertising not available.
What's the point of all this? These are just glitches in the game. Something like that doesn't help at all.
Maybe you can understand me!!!

Hey @Spinnifix I think we're talking about two different events. I have no problem getting the "Contest" that help players win stuff. My problem is what King calls the "Bonus Test Feature ". Meaning, it's called being part of "Plsyer group reshuffling". If your account was reshuffle out of the group, the features vanish entirely for weeks or longer until the next cycle. So, by the sound of things, I was one of the "unlucky" players to be in this ridiculous group. It's already been at least 3 weeks since the last time I received the Sweet Cinema, Ads, Refill lives, and anything else that would help me get through this BS! Anyway, I have expressed my opinion more times than I can count, and thought that bringing my issues to the Moderators would possibly help. It's all up to King to release me from their "insane" test group

Unfortunately, I can't help you. Because I'm also stuck. All events pass by without me being able to take advantage of them. Even the chocolate box doesn't help to get gold bars. Mountain Mom talks about playing the old level. It sounds good, but it's not possible. Because there's no function to get to a specific level and scroll around in it for hours. In Candy Friends, there is such a function. Then it would be easier to play an old level and participate better in the competition. I think this function to the old level has definitely been suggested in the ideas section before. But nothing happens with the ideas that would help the players. So much has already been suggested, but they just stay silent and don't even look at it.

@christinewupp I do feel like I'm going in circles, and not getting anywhere! As far as tagging the Moderators, the only reason I did that was because I thought they were the ones that answer questions, explain things, etc ,etc! If you feel like you're the one going around in circles by replying to my post, then how do you think I feel after weeks of not getting an answer about my issues?! I have already cut my playing time by a lot, since it's a waste of time to try and play and not able to move off a level. So, after reaching out to Customer Care, posting on here, asking some from the help center, I'm pretty much done! I did receive a response from Customer Care today, but have to reread their message and see if the steps they suggested are things I have already tried. Thanks for your reply, and time will tell if I stay on here much longer!

Indeed you are correct: the Help Centre does advise players to come to this community for help from other players, but it has become clear that most players who follow that advice to come here are not in fact interested in advice from fellow players. You are not the only one @stephanie2024 . The fact you tagged all the moderators, including those that only ever use automated responses similar to the answers the chat bot gives, and that you will find in the Help Centre, shows that you misunderstand the purpose of this community. The baffling fact that the CM keeps responding to you is of course supporting this notion that the purpose of this community is to get help from King representatives. But in fact it was once meant to be a place to get support and advice from other players, I hope it still is. But well, I kind of get the impression you are running around in circles trying to get King to answer you here. If you find that and the current state of your game frustrating, then follow my advice, which is (as always) to give the game a clean break for two weeks, and then see if that changes anything for you.

By the way, the "contests" Mountain Mom was referring to were community contests. You can find those by clicking on the contests icon at the top of this page. I'm not sure if these are what you were referring to when you used the word "contests".

But now it's me running in circles. My response is clearly off topic for this thread. Never mind. One last try, as they say.

I have used that Help Center before, but unfortunately, it didn't give me the answers I'm looking for. I have also sent numerous messages to the Customer Care, and they weren't able to help either. The only thing they recommend was to share my issues on here, with the hope of other players being able to help. They sent me the "How did we do", please submit your feedback, more times than I care to think about! At this point, I have tried everything I can think to do on my end, now it's up to King to restore my features. Being I don't have boosters, Ads,etc., etc., I haven't been playing too much at all. I installed this game so that I can play it, and not to get frustrated! Thanks for your help!

Hello @stephanie2024. I understand your frustration when you do not have special events in your game. You clearly understand that game developers use AB testing to learn about whether and how players enjoy different features, such as special events.

We cannot see details of any individual player's game account from within this Community (e.g., what test group you are in or what special events are in your game), but King's Player Support team might be able to help you get special events. So, I suggest you reach out to Player Support through your game:

Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

The Player Support Team will have the details about your account and might be able to make changes so you will see special events in your game.

In the meantime, please be aware that most of our contests do not require playing new levels. Most challenges can be completed by replaying old levels. I hope you will choose to participate in contests which offer opportunities to win gold bars or boosters.
