Hi there ...i connect my account through facebook i used candy crush years ago right now i m on level 9942 but when i open my game its on 291 i have to scroll too much to reach exact level.to play

Hello @Neeraj1986 what you describe can occur when your avatar gets stuck at a level.
Check the status of your levels between 291 and 9942 and complete any/all levels that are shown as being unplayed

Thank you for the feedback. If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it and play one level. If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
