This makes some levels quite impossible to pass. Used to pass toughest levels buying more moves but now i do not get offered them any more. Is this bug or really an intentional change in the game?

i updated my app and now the game offers extra moves and also boosters to be bought after i fail a level. So, Thank You for help. Now i can spend my money on CC again, yay! 😉

and when i play the game on my laptop, i can not for some reason buy anything anymore, this has been so for 6 months at least. Maybe because i have the "old" Win 10. Every time i try to buy something, the payment stops to a white screen where is a rolling black line, and then i have to stop it myself. Been trying to wait it out but no luck there also. So i can not buy more moves with laptop, and now i also can not buy more moves with phone, since i never get the offer ….
I answered a similar post a few days ago, and in their case the problem was solved by updating the game. Please check if you are playing the latest update of the game. It might be that older versions of Candy Crush no longer allow players to buy added moves.
They are testing out a new version from my understanding. They have added a booster wheel at the end of the levels and it only gives you 10-15 moves and I personally hate it. From the feedback I’m seeing here is that everyone else hates it too. Supposedly this is just a “test” and temporary but I wish they would switch it back immediately!

I do see once a while in my game as well that the game does not offer me an option to buy moves!
Are you seeing this in each and every level? For me to understand better and to report the issue to Community team, can you please post a screenshot of what you see after you lose a level?
