I just did this print screen on Firefox. Are you not able to see it when you click on the 3 lines on the top right? It might not help you but just wanted to let you know that Firefox has it too.

Hi @CatJ, I have seen this happen before. Are you playing through Chrome? That's where it seems to be happening. You have to go into the Chrome settings, the three dots on the top right of the page. Check your zoom setting because that is what caused the problem in the past.

Just thought of something else. If you are playing on another browser check their settings too. Also if ever you are on a browser and want to maximize or minimize the size of the page you could hold down the CTRL key and the minus or plus signs on the number keypad.

Hi Sharon, I think I need to take a week's vacation away from all games! LOL! On mobile devices you should only have the new version. It was on king.com using Flash or playing through Facebook where the game might have gone back to the old version that wasn't working. From what I heard hopefully everything should be back to normal some time this week. *keeping fingers crossed*

@mel21 The steps I sent you will help you to sync your King.com game with Facebook. I will add them here again:
Create a king.com account and sync with Facebook instructions

In the instructions simply jump to the part where you already have a King.com account but want to sync it.

Regarding not receiving boosters we have some good news for you: This issue should be solved during this week

So these temporary problems are being shot. I understand your problem. But I'll tell you Keep a little confidence.

This is an ongoing situation and they need to fix it

I am in work from 6 am Till about 6 30 pm until thursday evening so is it better to leave this till friday when I am on a few days off then. Might be better perhaps as I can respond sooner then

Hey guys, got an update later today that the studio is working on a fix and hopefully it will be available in the next game app update release.

hi Elsa there are no end of us have lost sugar drops and this is nothing to do with old or new versions as it includes many of us who are playing on iPads/iPhones so can only play on the app. So this is only the new version. Nothing to do with flash or html5

sorry for getting back to you so late. I am working till 6 30 at night until friday. I did what you suggested with Elsa on Saturday but it does not sync with my facebook acc. As when I open the game on facebook I go back to level 1 where I was playing on King.com I am on level1499 . Thats the problem I have . Thats why Elsa told me to contact customer care. I have done that but I have hit a brick wall. They reply to me every time is go back to the king community. Thats why elsa contacted you. I would carry on playing on King.com but you dont get the prizes when you spin the wheel anymore. Thats why Elsa suggesred to play the game on facebook. So I am in limbo. So what do you suggest now??

Is the issue that you cannot play from the level you were on at King.com? You will need to sync your King.com account with Facebook and you will be back on track. A handy instructions on how to do that you will find here

The game loses a lot when there aren't any rewards or prizes. I'm playing it a LOT less now. And trying to access it differently didn't work. There's a serious glitch and I think it's in King's domain, not my browser or device. Too bad...it was a fun diversion while it lasted.

Yes, I was looking in the wrong place. Thanks! Unfortunately, it's already at 100% and adjusting it up or down didn't change anything. But thanks for trying.

I want to wave a magic wand over your game and make it go away! Did you ever feel so frustrated trying to find an answer for someone and feeling so helpless because nothing works? That is the level of my frustration right now.

I think we're both feeling the pain at this point. But it's just a game. I can find other non-King games to use as breaks from work. It's just a shame to play 2,731 levels and then find the system is broken. Again...thanks for your efforts.

Hi Cat Ive been having the same problem with collecting booster from the the daily win spin wheel, you collect the booster but the tab shows that you haven't got it. Elsa please note not all of us use Facebook or windows, some of us play on king.com via safari on Mac and I can assure you that Im using the latest versions of both Safari and Flash and no problems with Wi-Fi either. Thanks Baldieboyz

The studio is working on a fix so you should expect to see it working within the next few days.

Hi Jenny I have tried that. Just to let you know when I tap score and progression sync facebook connect then I have a pop up to say score and progress sync on top and then on the bottom it says nothing will be passed to facebook and if you close that you go back to the game. So I dont know
