Update today removed hours of free boosters

Hello,
I noticed that after I beat a level the first time, if I don’t play another level, I lose the Gold status and have to repeat the level again. This means I use boosters unnecessarily to re-beat the level, and I lose the prize for beating every level the first time when I reach the end of a section. This has been happening to me for sometime now, and I thought maybe I needed to get an update. Well, I got the update today, and while I’m not sure if that fixed the problem, I did notice that Candy Pet and Dynamic Duo were back, BUT I LOST BETWEEN 600-900 HOURS OF FREE BOOSTERS????
Please fix this immediately. I am so upset about this. Those free booster hours come as part of the purchasable packages in the Candy Shop, and those packages aren’t cheap!

Thanks for tagging me @Foley1362.@Jacqui_Myers, are you referring to these when you say "gold"? If you cleared the level and had the gold and came back to the game any other time it should still be showing the gold on those levels. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by the gold status. Each level has to be cleared on the first time to get the gold. Once you have it how are you losing the gold status?
Are you playing the game on a mobile device? That is the only way that you can lose lives and boosters. Now if they were purchased then that's much different than getting them as rewards for the events/challenges. Purchases cannot be handled in this community as payment issues involve sensitive data and require personalized support we do not support these queries in the community. Now that Build-a-Bot is on the scene, I won’t lose those gold designations anymore. I’ve only lost a level on the first go around 2x in recent months, both had to do with NOT busting the bubblegum machine too soon because I needed a certain amount of chocolate squares. If you look at my history, you can see quite a few levels that aren’t gold. I only know this is happening because I’d come back to the game after being away for a few days and I’d realize that I had already beat this level. It was really weird.
