On Sunday the 5th of May I came first in the weekly race but haven't received my reward. How do I receive\ claim this please. I won with 38 levels completed, 2nd place was 30 levels. I can't remember how many levels took 3rd place

I have this all the time. I received a reward just once and after that I became first like at least 7 times. Never get any rewards!

I've received a reward a couple of times but not today. I thought they popped up when you went on the first ty one after the Sunday reset

@Sue_Holland - I believe I read in a different thread that they are having problems giving the rewards for the weekly race. I haven't won but was in third place two weeks in a row and received nothing. I think @Elsa knows what is going on.

Thanks for tagging me @bearwithme. This event started off without rewards. It was just to let you know how many levels you cleared in a week compared to other players. So coming in 1st, 2nd or 3rd had no meaning. But then the studio decided to put a test in place and players were randomly chosen to test. Those are the players that are getting the rewards. If you are not getting any rewards then you are not a tester. You can read more about these events here:

I have received rewards for coming 1st , 2nd or 3rd previously, just not this week

@Sue_Holland - I used to receive rewards too but it's been quite awhile. I guess they randomly select you as a tester and then randomly deselect you.

Perhaps that is the case but I do think they should make us aware of what is going on. I was very disappointed not to get my reward this morning
