Boosters lost

Hello, first of all I'm sorry if there's something misspelled or wrongly worded, English is not my first language. I uninstalled the app yesterday because I couldn't log in with my facebook account and when I downloaded it again I saw my boosters were gone. I thought it was a mistake so I decided to buy the party booster to at least have something. I've been saving my gold bars for quite a while now just for that booster and I bought it because I wanted to have at least one item. Turns out the game was still glitching and weird so I uninstalled it and installed it again, only to find out now the party booster was gone together with the gold bars I used to buy it. By the time I was closing the app a message showed saying that the game was being upgraded and I should NOT uninstall the app. Just now after I lost everything the app let me know not to do what I did not once but twice. I recon now after reading the forum if you uninstall the app, your boosters are gone, but I still have them if I play the game login in with my facebook account on Google Chrome. I was wondering if there's a way to get the boosters back or at least the 30 gold bars I spent to buy the party booster since I didn't even get to use it. I didn't have much but I would like to get something back since I enjoy playing on my phone more than on my computer. Thank you for reading, I hope maybe there's a way to solve my issue.

sorry for the delayed response!

Boosters can be reset due to several reasons - as they are items saved locally in your device, they can be reset when your device clears some memory. Find out more about safeguarding your items here.

For gifted boosters and lives we recommend using them as you go instead of stocking piling, in this way you will make sure you'll get the most use out of these items. As all of the items were earned I can't add them back but I did add a small booster package to your game to help you get started again.

Hi! @Jelly Jenny I had a similar experience. I was having trouble with my app and had to delete and reinstall it. I lost all of my boosters and was wondering if I would be able to get my boosters back as well. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me.
