clarification on sugar drops

why are all my sugar drops "greyed out" when I have not played the level yet. on W10 app and in facebook??

    Hi Brenda! 

    Sugar Drops Challenge is my Top Favorite Booster Giving Feature at Candy Crush Saga because it keeps on Giving until I reached the maximum fraction of 180/180 Sugar Drops after which the 8 hour clock is activated and will have to wait till the clock expires to get back on the Sugar Track and collect more drops.

    Can you give me more information on the last time you played a level and where were you on the Sugar Drops at that time?

    Hi Mercerik, I have been playing on facebook, I am on level 2984. I am using W10. I also use the W10 app, the sugar index always greyed out, so option to collect is not there, . The only way I can connect to sugar drops, is to keep logging out!!!

    Hello @Brenda_Bear,

    The Sugar Drops are "Greyed out" in your game because you are one of those group of players who are chosen to run the tests.  I also do not have the Sugar drops in new levels but the old levels are still working :+1:  Hope it is the same in your game too!!

    Some players are saying they have it back in their games from this morning!!  This could happen to us too OR all the players might loose it forever!!  Not sure as it is completely "King's" decision.

    Pummy Raj, the sugar drops are there?? surely if it was a test, they wou;ld not show??? I am not on new levels. quite a way to go before I get there.
