Episode race is not working. Is anyone else having this problem?

Okay, here I go again. I am going to uplaod screenshots When I pass and it's time to collect the gold bars, no "claim" button just "play"! Secondly I can only win 3rd place since there are 2 players permanently stuck on 1st and 2nd place I would've won 1st every time... grrr lol

No @Amrussell , I think they all have a lot of things going on today and tomorrow in the office so not sure if anyone will really be coming here. We can still tag her so when she does get her she will see the messages.

@Elsa obviously there's a glitch. Prior to starting over I had it every day! Ready to uninstall and reinstall grrr! Hahaha

@bearwithme I tried contacting customer support again and can't even send a email now lol I give up. This has been going on for almost 5 day's. I was talking to customer support as soon as the game was reinstalled by them and she gave me 5 gold bars instead of the 25 and said not to worry about it. She also made a mistake and said she reset another game I play nit this one. Took almost 24 hours to get a reply stating she reset the correct game, omg! Lol

@Amrussell - well I hope someone can help you out. Maybe it will clear itself. I had a glitch where the daily sugar drop collection didn't go back to zero and kept adding on the the end (so it was at over 200) and it finally cleared itself. Of course (it was on a tablet) I did both a soft boot and hard booted the device, however initially that didn't correct the problem, but a day or two later it was back to normal.

@Amrussell - definitely sounds like a glitch. When you start your race - all 5 of you should be at the beginning but once you start the episode - then the other players start to move.

@bearwithme I started the game from the beginning and had almost 4000 levels. Worked for me, no problems at all. Ever since I started again, at the beginning of each race 3 players are already at the end.

I played it yesterday but forgot to check if I got any gold bars. So I have no clue if I got any gold bars. If all else fails, then the last resort is to uninstall and reinstall as long as you are aware that you will lose all boosters.

Good morning @Elsa. I have no idea what to do I haven't heard from @Jelly Jennyand customer support asked me to send screenshots almost 2 day's ago. Seems like I am the only one having this issue thinking about uninstalling ans installing again. Since I will all my boosters I would rather start from the beginning bit it took 4 day's last time I requested that lol
