why won't my ad videos play.... they start to load then game reverts back to the King screen

@Brian_K._Wright The links Elsa provided you, although say that they are for crashing, are to fix most common technical issues you can have in the game. Reinstalling may not be worth it, as you might lose your saved boosters, lives and extra features.
I don't know anything about your device so maybe that's the best place to start looking into this - could you let me know these details:
- the game app version
- the make and model of your device
- how much free memory you have left in your device

After going through my phone to free up some ram memory that didn't help. so I bit the bullet and deleted the game and reinstalled it losing everything in the process(knew that going in) seems to be working now but I think King should send free boosters to people that have to do that,seeing that it wasn't a problem with my phone0
