Please try all of these steps and let me know if they help you. Note that the last resort is always reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters.

Thanks for your response! I am using iOS 12.3.1. Attached is what I see. I tried connecting to Facebook keep getting
a message stating that I cannot access the kingdom. I’m also having password issues. Candy Crush does not recognize my password, even after I went through the steps of changing it!
